SHIPPING

***Most items ship within 3-10 business days from purchase. Our Studio processes all orders Monday -Friday (excluding holidays). All orders are handmade to order in our Bee Cave, TX studio in the order in which they are received.

*Domestic First class via USPS with delivery tracking(U.S) shipping is FREE.

*Priority Shipping via USPS with delivery tracking (U.S) shipping is $10

*International shipping is $35

*Shipping times may vary due to availability of products.

*Orders are not shipped on weekends or any major holiday.

*For international orders please note packages may be delayed due to customs on some occasions.

*Please note Soul Rebel Jewelry is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages by United States Postal Service.

 

RETURN POLICY

*All purchases are final sale. 

*Exchange accepted 7 days after purchase. Merchandise must be un worn and in original packaging. Custom and discounted items are not returnable or eligible for exchange. If exchange is approved, please note the customer is responsible for shipping cost (obtaining tracking is recommended).

CARE 

We hope you enjoy your jewelry just as much as we do! Like all delicate things, care must be given to ensure longer wear. Please keep jewelry away from water, lotion, perfume, and all other chemicals. Always keep in a secure dry space. In some cases your jewelry may tarnish with frequent wear. If you wish to remove it, please use a jewelry polish cloth. 

REPAIR

Repairs are accepted, and are subjected to a repairing fee depending on the damage of the merchandise, and materials available. Please contact the studio for more information on repairs at info.soulrebel@gmail.com
